“You logged in on another device”
Your plan runs on one device at a time. Log in again on the device you want to use; the other one is signed out.
“Pick a plan” or “Your plan has ended”
Open your account page to start or renew a plan. Buying before a plan ends adds the new days on top.
Data not moving
Check the status at the top: Live, Reconnecting… or Offline. Outside market hours (9:15 to 15:30 IST, Monday to Friday) prices do not move. If it stays offline, reload the page.
Chart too busy
Use Text on chart to hide label kinds, the tag switch in the corner to hide all text at once, or load a simpler layout. Turn indicators off only when you do not need them at all.
