Privacy policy
What we collect
- Account: your email address and, if you give it or sign in with Google, your name.
- Plan and payments: which plan you bought, when, and Razorpay's order and payment IDs. Card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay only; we never see or store them.
- Settings: your chart layouts, drawings and alerts, so they follow you between devices.
- Security: a sign-in session cookie and, briefly, your IP address to limit sign-in attempts.
- Requests: what you write to us, including automation requests and an optional phone number.
Why
To run your account and plan, keep one device signed in at a time, prevent abuse, answer you, and meet legal and tax duties. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising trackers.
Who else handles it
Razorpay (payments), Google (only if you choose Google sign-in), our email provider (sign-in codes) and our hosting provider in India and the EU.
Keeping and deleting
Account data is kept while the account exists. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Email support@tradingmarble.com to get a copy of your data or to delete your account.
Cookies
One essential cookie keeps you signed in. Your theme choice is kept in your browser. Nothing else.
