Terms of use
These terms apply to tradingmarble.com and the TradingMarble charting platform. By creating an account or buying a plan you accept them.
The service
TradingMarble provides charts, order-flow analysis, structure levels and option-chain data for Indian markets, for information and education. It is not investment advice, a recommendation, or a research report, and it does not place trades for you. Decisions you take are your own.
Market data
Data comes from exchange feeds through our data provider. It can be delayed, incomplete or wrong at times; we work to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee it.
Your account
- One plan is for one person and one device at a time. Logging in on a new device signs out the previous one.
- Sharing, reselling or automating access to your account for others is not allowed and may lead to the account being blocked without refund.
- Keep your email account secure: sign-in codes are sent there.
Plans and payments
Plans give access for the stated number of days from the moment payment is confirmed. They do not renew automatically. Buying again before a plan ends adds the new days to the remaining ones. The trial can be bought once per account. Payments are processed by Razorpay. See the refund policy.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or redistribute the platform, its data or its readings, or try to get around access limits.
Liability
Trading futures and options carries a high risk of loss. TradingMarble is not liable for trading losses or for losses caused by data errors, outages or delays. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current plan.
Changes
We may change these terms or the service. Material changes are announced on the site before they apply.
